Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the leather remains unscratched and the soles are protected, then include the printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship with Ease

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
